Thomas installed the roof on an investment home and then we bought it. There were a couple of leaks after Irma and Thomas came out to look at it, fixed the problem and promised to take further action if, in the future, the problem persisted.What's cool about this is that, technically, the roof's five-year warranty was only good for the owner/investor but he went ahead and did the work for free. And, he promised to make the situation right and honor the warranty even if it happened again.His explanation: He wants to maintain his good reputation and he stands by his work.How many contractors can you find like that? It's amazing, to be honest.

Thomas is extremely professional. He pulled a miracle working on my house, I needed to attach a Florida room to my house and eliminate a crappy guttering system, he has great framers and carpenters that do phenomenal work, he beat every price on the market and got the job done on time. Highly recommended

The owner of the company actually came to the house late on a Friday to give me an estimate. This is hard to find these days. Honest straight forward, just all great guy.

Everything about this job was on schedule and on time. The workers were top-notch, courteous, and tireless. They didn't rush through the job, but paid close attention to detail in every phase of the work. After the roof was complete, they cleaned the house and yard spotlessly, and neatly stacked all the leftover materials. Thomas Robertson's customer service was extraordinary. He was available by email, text, and phone before, during, and after the job. During the roofing, he was on-site at least twice daily, supervising the work, and providing necessary materials for the workers. Despite the profusion of crooks in this business, Thomas Robertson is the standout exception with whom you can do a roofing project on a handshake, with complete confidence that he'll get the job done on time for the price he quoted, with quality work far better than what the competition provides.

I received a timely estimate with Allegiance. Zach and Thomas both answered all questions and provided a detailed list of what was and wasn't covered in materials and the job warrenty. The work was professional, timely and excellent looking. So glad I upgraded to architectural shingles. A great crew started and finished, with a full clean up afterward.
